Mike Pieloor
Principal consultant and manager
Mike has over 23 years' experience in adult education, specialising in learning and development for the APS. He has worked as an academic, public servant and consultant across three agencies, with extensive government writing experience including briefs, reviews and business cases. He holds qualifications in management, science, project management and training.
Erin Riley
Senior associate
Erin brings 25 years of experience in workforce planning, capability development and management consulting. She is an expert in communication and has designed and delivered communication, presentation and negotiation programs for a wide range of public service agencies. Erin holds qualifications in tertiary teaching, management and training design.
Wendy O'Dea
Senior associate
Wendy has extensive senior leadership experience across the public and private sectors. As a former senior manager in the APS, she has provided communication skill development and coaching for APS, EL and SES staff. Wendy is accredited to deliver MBTI, DiSC, HBDI, GENOS EI and Hogan profiles, and holds qualifications in management, government and training.
