Privacy & collection statement

What we collect

When you use our forms, we may collect:

• Your name and work email address;
• Your agency or organisation and your role;
• Course and session preferences, and any message or enquiry you send us;
• Payment method preference and, where relevant, a purchase order number.

We do not collect or store your card details. Card payments are processed securely by Square, and you enter your card details directly with Square.

Why we collect it

We use your information to:

• Process and manage your course registration;
• Send you confirmations, payment and joining details, and course reminders;
• Respond to your enquiries and team-session requests;
• Send occasional course updates, but only if you have chosen to subscribe.

How it is stored and shared

Your information is stored securely in our database (hosted by Supabase). We use trusted service providers to operate the site — Resend for sending email, and Square for processing payments — and share only the information needed for those purposes. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Course updates and unsubscribing

If you subscribe to course updates, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any update email, or by contacting us. We send these no more than a few times a year.

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the form on our Contact page.
